Affordable Deductible Buy-back Endorsement
Lease contracts with motor carriers often require the owner-operator to assume responsibility for policy deductibles on the carrier's trailer and cargo as well as accident-related property damage. This contractual liability can translate to thousands of dollars out of the owner-operator's pocket. Our affordable deductible buy-back endorsement will reimburse an owner-operator for the amount of the motor carrier's deductible that the owner-operator is required to pay during the settlement of an accident claim. Low monthly fees offset a potential financial crisis for the driver. Payment of policy deductibles is guaranteed for the motor carrier. With TIS, that is a win-win for everyone involved!
Non-Trucking Automobile Liability (NTAL)
The Non-Trucking policy is a standard ISO Business Auto Coverage
form with the Non-Trucking endorsement(s). Along with additional
clarifying manuscript endorsements, the TIS policy form provides
the most comprehensive coverage in the business.

COVERAGE DESCRIPTIONS
Vehicle Physical Damage (VPD)
Vehicle Physical Damage coverage provides coverage to pay for
damage to, or loss, of an insured automobile resulting from
covered perils.
Non-Trucking Automobile Liability (NTAL)
Non-Trucking Automobile Liability coverage is intended to provide
liability insurance to the owner operator who has permanently
leased the insured vehicle to a motor carrier and is not using
that vehicle for business use at the time of the loss. Coverage
takes effect if the truck is being operated outside the scope of
the motor carrier's control or direction, and with no economic
benefit to the owner-operator or the lease company.
