HAPPY NEW YEAR!
2007 was another milestone for TIS with records being set in many ways. We achieved our 2008 goals early on and now have to set the bar higher!We would not have made these goals without our loyal customer base and a great team here at TIS. I personally want to thank all of our agents for making the "new" TIS a great success.
There is much in store for 2008 with a new office location, new computer system and goals to make TIS even better! We truly want to make doing business with us your 1st choice when it comes to Non-Trucking Liability and Physical Damage coverage. Our claims department has met the challenge and continues to perform in spite of terrific growth. We are planning ahead for more growth and want you to be a part of it!
Please note that some systems and procedures will be changing and the details will follow shortly. We want your experience with TIS to be positive and if you are not satisfied with any part of it, please feel free to call me or send me an email.

TIS SALUTES GENE BLAKE FOR 23 YEARS OF SERVICE
 Current and past employees/associates enjoyed a farewell dinner given in Gene's honor here in Nashville on December 18th. Gene began his tenure with TIS in 1984 and contributed greatly to the success of the company. We all wish him a long and restful retirement and extend our sincere appreciation for his efforts on behalf of the company.
A NOTE FROM SPECIALTY CLAIMS
We are excited about our upcoming move and transformation of our claim system that will help us streamline our process and provide better service and help our staff with their workloads. We set a record for new claims reported in 2007 with almost a 100% increase in claim volume over 2006. The staff here at Specialty Claims, Inc., Diana Dolan, Stacey Sanderson and Ellen Freeman, have done a terrific job keeping in line with our high standards even with the increase in claim volume. We are looking forward to an exciting time for Transportation Insurance Services, LLC and Specialty Claims, Inc. for the upcoming year.
